Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at di6nesix@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled or modified.

Pre-Orders and Special Purchase Options
If DIVINESIX offers pre-orders or other special purchase options, any specific cancellation terms displayed on the applicable product page or at checkout will apply to that purchase.

If a cancellation is permitted and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Changes to Orders
If you need to change an item, size, color, or shipping information after placing an order, contact us at di6nesix@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
